Questions startups ask
Yes. There is no charge to list a role, and nothing to pay at any point before a hire. Headstart only earns a success fee when a startup hires a student through the board.
Yes. Post the same role on LinkedIn or any other board as well. A success fee only applies when the person hired applied through Headstart.
Paid roles only: internships, part-time roles, placements, graduate jobs and full-time jobs. Unpaid work fits better as a micro-internship project, where a small team of Headstart students works on a real brief from the startup. Submit a micro-internship project instead.
Straight away. A role is live the moment it is published, with no call or email needed. The Headstart team reviews new listings after they go live.
Mark the student as hired on the dashboard and confirm the start date and pay. Headstart records the success fee and invoices it. Nothing is charged before then. See the listing terms.
