Headstart listing terms
Listing a role
There is no charge to list a role on the Headstart board. A role goes live as soon as it is published, and the Headstart team reviews it afterwards.
The success fee
The success fee is 7% of total pay for an internship of up to 30 hours a week lasting more than 13 weeks, and a flat fee of £250.00 for any other hire. Nothing is charged before a hire.
Who the fee applies to
A success fee applies only when the student you hire applied through Headstart. Listing the same role elsewhere does not change that.
When it is invoiced
Mark the hire on your dashboard and confirm the start date and pay. Headstart confirms the fee with you, then invoices it. Nothing is charged before a hire.
Managing a role
A role goes live as soon as it is published, and the Headstart team reviews it afterwards. It closes on its closing date, and it can be paused, closed or marked filled at any time from the dashboard. When a student who applied through Headstart is hired, the hire is recorded on the dashboard and Headstart confirms the fee before invoicing it.
