Project Overview: Client Acquisition and Partnership Development

This project focuses on accelerating client acquisition and establishing strategic partnerships to drive business growth for a B2B AI healthcare company. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and collaborators, leveraging targeted outreach and sales enablement tools.

Project Key Milestones:

1. Weeks 1–2:

○ Research and identify potential clients and strategic partners within the healthcare and healthtech industries.

○ Familiarize with sales and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

○ Generate a new prospect list and collaborate with internal teams to refine and expand the existing customer database.

2. Weeks 3–6:

○ Develop and refine outreach materials (intro emails, LinkedIn messages, case studies, and value propositions) tailored to target audiences.

○ Conduct daily outreach to at least 30 new client prospects via LinkedIn and email.

○ Launch and manage automated outreach campaigns; monitor and respond to engagement and follow-ups.

3. Week 7:

○ Analyze and present outcomes from outreach activities, including response rates, meeting bookings, feedback from prospects, and partnership interest.

○ Identify high-potential leads for next-stage engagement.
