TechPals Growth Strategy
TechPals is a technology support and education platform empowering older adults to embrace the digital age. We provide straightforward, friendly answers to our users' questions, guiding them at their own pace with our patient, empathetic service. We also provide short video tutorials and articles to keep our users informed and safe online. We hope we make older adults feel like they no longer need to rely on anyone else, and like technology is pushing them forward, not holding them back.

- Review existing surveys, conduct additional research to fill any knowledge gaps regarding the target audience
- Brainstorm and identify potential growth channels such as social media, partnerships, online ads, and community outreach
- Develop clear strategies and goals for each chosen growth channel
Experiment, Refine, and Focus on High-Performing Channels
- Test various growth channels and document progress, adjusting strategies based on performance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel using key performance metrics
- Narrow down the most promising channels and enhance strategies to scale them effectively
Analyze and Plan for Future Growth
