Snappit (Code: SnaTSal)
Snappit is a fintech startup that aims to transform the physical checkout experience by bringing the convenience and efficiency of online checkout into physical retail environments. Our goal is to make in-store shopping as seamless and straightforward as possible, while simultaneously adding value to every transaction. Our solution engages both businesses and consumers, creating an integrated ecosystem that enhances the retail experience for all parties involved.

Project Overview: Business Sales & Build a pre-launch user/follower base

This project focuses on continuing to approach businesses to use Snappit and getting on board as many people as possible that will use our platform to get their loyalty and digital receipts instantly. They might get notified and sign up on our platform post-launch or follow our journey on social media even before launch or simply have their interest registered.

Project Key Milestones:

1. Weeks 1: 

Creating a timeline and project scope of how many people should have registered their interest on our digital solution, Snappit. Based on the current list of ‘Merchants on Board’ we approach new merchants and get them on board as well. Build strategies on how to approach them. Potentially both businesses and merchants shall follow our Instagram Page. Users can register their interests on a facebook ad or another platform that might notify them about our launch. Set a goal for merchants that we will get on board. Set a goal for users that will register the interest.

2. Weeks 2-6: 

Approaching coffee shops & different retailers and arranging meetings with them. Creating a trialing strategy to catch people’s attention and register their interest on Snappit launch. This intention of using our solution should be registered using some sort of platform in order to be later used for funding or launch.

3. Week 7-8: 

Evaluate the strategies and whether the goal was met. Create a strategy of user gain post launch (e.g. uni students).

Expected Deliverables:

● Increase the number of interested merchants ‘Merchants on Board’

● Register interest from potential users.

● Outline a strategy to gain user-base post launch.
