
Snappit (Code: SnaTSal)
Snappit is a fintech startup that aims to transform the physical checkout experience by bringing the convenience and efficiency of online checkout into physical retail environments. Our goal is to make in-store shopping as seamless and straightforward as possible, while simultaneously adding value to every transaction. Our solution engages both businesses and consumers, creating an integrated ecosystem that enhances the retail experience for all parties involved.
Project Overview: Business Sales and Partnership Building
This project focuses on partnering with as many businesses as possible before launching Snappit in August. Arranging meetings is the main outcome of this project.
Project Key Milestones:
1. Weeks 1: Creating a timetable of business types and strategies on how to reach each of them (e.g. in-person, phone calls, social media, emails etc.).
2. Weeks 2–4: Trialing different strategies and finding out which ones work best for hearing back from potential business partners. Maybe start with a certain type of business. (e.g. hospitality (coffee shops, bakeries etc.)).
3. Weeks 3-7: Researching potential Point of Sale partners and arranging meetings with them for the end of June to discuss our solution.
4. Week 7-8: If other methods work faster to sign letters of intent continue to use those methods.
Expected Deliverables:
● Business meetings arranged for the end of June, onwards.
● Where possible sign letters of intent before arranged meetings
