
Snappit (Code: SnaTGrw)
Snappit is a fintech startup that aims to transform the physical checkout experience by bringing the convenience and efficiency of online checkout into physical retail environments. Our goal is to make in-store shopping as seamless and straightforward as possible, while simultaneously adding value to every transaction. Our solution engages both businesses and consumers, creating an integrated ecosystem that enhances the retail experience for all parties involved.
Project Overview: Product Management
This project focuses on interviewing potential business partners regarding their platform requirements and creating a list of user requirements from their side.
Project Key Milestones:
1. Weeks 1–4: Meeting shopping assistants in-person or other social media platforms regarding their current experience with their current loyalty apps, digital receipts etc. Follow up with the development team to ensure requirements are met.
2. Weeks 4–8: Once a partnership is established between Snappit and other businesses, ask businesses for specific requirements on their side, regarding the app use. This might happen during or after our initial meeting with them, by end-June/ beginning of July.
3. Weeks 8: Have a list of requirements specific for the business types and individual businesses.
Expected Deliverables:
A product plan analysing the requirements that businesses have for an app like Snappit. The requirements might be split in terms of importance, business types and even individual business requirements.
