Project Overview: Content Creation and Community Growth Strategy
Build an organic growth engine for Offline Pets by creating punchy Gen-Z content, launching a lively Discord community, and collaborating with micro-influencers. The eight-week sprint will validate messaging, harvest user feedback, and deliver a repeatable playbook for continued community expansion.
