Project Scope: Growth - Expanding Gradible's Portfolio

Project Overview: 

This project focuses on expanding Gradible’s portfolio by onboarding more companies that align with its sustainability mission. The team will conduct market research, identify high-potential businesses, develop outreach strategies, and engage with prospective companies to integrate them into Gradible’s portfolio of sustainable solutions. Companies must have products, services, or technologies that reduce waste, energy consumption, and water usage.

Project Objectives:

● Identify and research potential companies that fit within Gradible’s portfolio of sustainable solutions.

● Develop a compelling value proposition and outreach materials tailored to attract these companies.

● Conduct outreach to engage with potential companies and assess their alignment with Gradible’s mission.

● Provide recommendations and a roadmap for sustaining company onboarding efforts beyond the project duration.

Key Milestones & Timeline:

● Weeks 1–2: Research & Analysis

○ Conduct market research to identify potential companies that offer sustainable solutions, focusing on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation.

○ Develop criteria for evaluating high-potential businesses for portfolio inclusion.

○ Analyze competitive landscape and best practices in company acquisition.

● Weeks 3–4: Strategy & Materials Development

○ Develop a value proposition tailored to different categories of businesses, emphasizing sustainability impact.

○ Create outreach materials, including email templates, onboarding guides, and case studies.

○ Refine messaging to align with Gradible’s sustainability objectives and market positioning.

● Weeks 5–6: Outreach & Engagement

○ Conduct outreach to at least 10 potential portfolio companies that specialize in waste reduction, energy efficiency, or water conservation.

○ Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to present Gradible’s value proposition.

○ Gather feedback from prospects to refine engagement strategies and onboarding processes.

● Week 7: Evaluation & Reporting

○ Summarize outreach efforts, including responses, feedback, and potential onboarding prospects.

○ Identify key learnings and areas for improvement in outreach strategies.

○ Present findings and recommendations for continued portfolio expansion efforts.

● Week 8: Roadmap Development
