This project focuses on validating Fertilead’s market entry strategy in North America for our innovative autonomous sperm preparation device. Our device separates 20% more motile sperm compared to conventional clinical methods, offering enhanced outcomes for fertility treatments.
We are exploring two primary go-to-market approaches:
- B2B: Targeting fertility clinics as a professional treatment tool.
- B2C: Offering a home-based insemination medical kit directly to couples diagnosed with male infertility.
The primary goal is to critically assess market viability and growth potential for each segment, with a hypothesis that the B2C channel may outperform the B2B route in the U.S. market due to unique regulatory, operational, and consumer dynamics.
Through comprehensive market research, competitive landscape analysis, stakeholder interviews, and consumer insight gathering, this project will deliver strategic recommendations to prioritize channels, optimize value propositions, and accelerate Fertilead’s North American market penetration.
