Key Responsibilities:
• Supported the implementation of Crush's comprehensive marketing strategy, with a primary focus on enhancing brand visibility through a series of targeted online campaigns during the summer period, particularly across TikTok, Instagram, and other key social media platforms.
• Conceptualized, designed, and produced visually appealing social media posts tailored to specific campaign goals, ensuring consistency with brand identity and tone of voice.
• Actively involved in filming, editing, and publishing engaging multimedia content aimed at increasing user engagement and driving traffic across various digital channels.
• Assisted in executing guerrilla marketing tactics, including coordinating spontaneous brand activations and outreach events in collaboration with university societies, particularly those related to entrepreneurship and technology.
• Played a key role in creating compelling content, such as short-form videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and narrative-driven success stories highlighting the journeys of founders and developers associated with the Crush community.
• Helped develop and maintain strategic partnerships with university representatives, student ambassadors, and relevant student-led organizations to foster a strong grassroots presence and build long-term relationships.
• Contributed to monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns by tracking relevant KPIs, compiling data reports, and providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
